Monkey Toast



 A super simple, super yummy, and super satisfying breakfast for when you're running out the door. It's also a great snack!



To make this piece of delicious:


  1. Toast a slice of bread
    • Gluten free, optional
    • Sprouted, optional  
    • (I love the Food for Life brand's sprouted ezekiel sesame bread *not gluten free) 
  2. Add banana slices
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon 
    • Shredded coconut tastes great too!
