1/2 c serving = 170 calories, 6 g protein, 7 g fat
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c gluten-free oats
- 1/4 c dry quinoa
- 1/4 c raisins
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 2 tbs ground flax
- 1/4 c raw sunflower seeds
- 2 c oat bran (or gluten-free oats)
- 1/4 c raw sesame seeds
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs peanut butter (or additional 1 tbs almond butter)
- 1/4 c pure maple syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- Combine wet ingredients (nut butters and maple syrup) *microwave for 30 seconds if not room temperature to make it easier to combine
- Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pour dry ingredients into a pile in the center of the baking sheet
- Pour wet ingredients over dry
- Mix to combine (I use my hands!)
- Spread it evenly out over the baking sheet
- Bake 30-40 minutes, tossing half way through
- Enjoy!
