This mix of coconut and banana is so dreamy, that it makes the perfect midnight snack! With protein and healthy fats, this is a great snack to reach for when you want something indulgent, yet still healthy.
Ingredients:
- Banana Chips (look for ones baked or fried in coconut oil to keep the tropical flavor!)
- Shredded Coconut, unsweetened is preferable
- Yogurt (I like Wallaby's Plain, Organic, Full-Fat Greek Yogurt) **or your favorite non-dairy yogurt
Directions:
- Scoop yogurt into a dish
- Crush banana chips and add to yogurt
- Top with coconut
- Mix and enjoy the tropical paradise!
