Tropical Yogurt Crunch

Take your taste buds on a tropical journey...

This mix of coconut and banana is so dreamy, that it makes the perfect midnight snack! With protein and healthy fats, this is a great snack to reach for when you want something indulgent, yet still healthy.



Ingredients:

  • Banana Chips (look for ones baked or fried in coconut oil to keep the tropical flavor!)
  • Shredded Coconut, unsweetened is preferable
  • Yogurt (I like Wallaby's Plain, Organic, Full-Fat Greek Yogurt) **or your favorite non-dairy yogurt 


Directions:

  • Scoop yogurt into a dish
  • Crush banana chips and add to yogurt
  • Top with coconut
  • Mix and enjoy the tropical paradise!
