Teriyaki Pork Sliders


These small burgers pack amazing flavor.



The teriyaki has an invitingly sweet and savory flavor from the fresh ginger and garlic. It is the perfect way to change up any ordinary meal into something new!This recipe also makes an easy meal prep dish for the week. The pork mixture can be used in so many ways, making it perfect to use up in breakfast skillets, for quick lunches, and simple yet yummy dinners!

Epic Breakfast Skillet with Teriyaki Pork 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb - 1 1/3 lb ground pork (or 50/50 ground beef and ground pork)
  • 1/4 c soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • pineapple (rings or diced) for topping, optional


Directions for Sliders:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Form into small burger patties (for sliders)
  3. Cook each side on a skillet for about five minutes or until done 
  4. Serve over a salad or on some healthy gluten-free or sprouted grain buns! 
  5. Top with pineapple, optional
