Smoked Salmon Sushi and Wasabi Yogurt Dip




This recipe is based off of my Nori Wrap post: visit the recipe for more sushi combinations and flavor ideas!



Ingredients for Sushi:
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1/4 avocado 
  • salad greens

Wasabi Dip: (optional)
  • combine 1 tsp wasabi powder with 1/4 cup organic full-fat greek yogurt 
    • I like Wallaby brand or choose a dairy free yogurt to keep the recipe vegan and paleo



The Wasabi Dip can also be used for dipping raw veggies, dressing a salad, or spreading on a sandwich!





Sushi Directions:

  1. Smash avocado on the nori wrap (cover one third of the wrap on one side)
    • try to coat evenly from bottom to top
  2. Add salad greens
  3. Top with smoked salmon 
  4. Roll up up moving from the side with the salmon 
  5. Slice into bite sized pieces (usually into 6 pieces)
  6. Dollop with Wasabi Dip, optional 
  7. Dip into even more Wasabi Dip! (optional)
