This recipe is based off of my Nori Wrap post: visit the recipe for more sushi combinations and flavor ideas!
Ingredients for Sushi:
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado
- salad greens
Wasabi Dip: (optional)
- combine 1 tsp wasabi powder with 1/4 cup organic full-fat greek yogurt
- I like Wallaby brand or choose a dairy free yogurt to keep the recipe vegan and paleo
The Wasabi Dip can also be used for dipping raw veggies, dressing a salad, or spreading on a sandwich!
Sushi Directions:
- Smash avocado on the nori wrap (cover one third of the wrap on one side)
- try to coat evenly from bottom to top
- Add salad greens
- Top with smoked salmon
- Roll up up moving from the side with the salmon
- Slice into bite sized pieces (usually into 6 pieces)
- Dollop with Wasabi Dip, optional
- Dip into even more Wasabi Dip! (optional)
