- Toast a slice of bread
- Gluten free, optional
- Sprouted, optional
- (I love the Food for Life brand's sprouted ezekiel sesame bread *not gluten free)
- Add banana slices
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Shredded coconut tastes great too!
